Pop in the fridge and then it is ready to serve the next day..no need to open it out again as it will be set into place now. You can decorate the top any way you please. or simply dust with icing sugar. Hope it turns out well for you. Or do you only roll just as you're making it?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15693075908493927924noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7790336599696817287.post-53628204133007333952012-05-22T15:25:12.461+01:002012-05-22T15:25:12.461+01:00That's great! After whisking the egg whites & sugar, fold in 1tbsp of sieved cocoa powder. For an extra chocolate hit, you could coat the meringue with melted chocolate, before adding the cream & strawberries.
Let me know how it turns out!
Nessa.Nessa Robinshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13103337254538129234noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7790336599696817287.post-3697095727861067822012-05-22T14:03:12.497+01:002012-05-22T14:03:12.497+01:00Hi Neasa,
